What Is AQUAGOLD?
AQUAGOLD is a cutting-edge microchannel microinjector that delivers advanced skin care products directly to the deeper layer of skin just under the dermis. The AQUAGOLD device includes 20 ultra-fine microneedles that are thinner than a human hair, each designed with a hollow spiral for precise delivery of a variety of skin treatments.
In addition to delivering skin treatments below the skin’s surface for enhanced results, AQUAGOLD can also deliver micro-doses of neuromodulators and facial fillers.
AQUAGOLD vs. Microneedling
One of the primary differences between traditional microneedling and AQUAGOLD is that traditional microneedling needles are solid and work by stimulating collagen production. Products like PRP can be applied topically to the skin immediately following microneedling, however.
AQUAGOLD, on the other hand, uses very fine needles with a hollowed spiral, allowing skin care products like PRP and many others to be delivered directly below the dermis during treatment. AQUAGOLD can also deliver to a more precise depth of the skin than traditional microneedling.
