Dr. Mort Rizvi is one of the leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons in the Greater Los Angeles area, but he is also known as one of Southern California’s most versatile surgeons of any type. Dr. Rizvi is board-certified both in plastic surgery and hand surgery. He is also a widely respected craniofacial, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgeon with an in-depth background in microsurgery.

His training began in medical school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where he had also completed his undergraduate work. After that, Dr. Rizvi completed his general surgery residency in 2003 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He then went to Houston Methodist Hospital, where he finished his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2006. Later, Dr. Rizvi completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center (also referred to as CountyUSC). He completed his craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 2010. Since then, he has built a reputation for helping patients from all walks of life change their lives for the better through all types of procedures.

Dr. Sepideh Saber is a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, hand, and cosmetic surgeon known for her blend of in-depth knowledge and skill combined with a strong aesthetic touch. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), she earned her Doctorate in Medicine from Stanford University. Following medical school, Dr. Saber completed a rigorous plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Southern California (USC). She then completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at New York University (NYU).

As a mother of two young children and a full-time plastic surgeon, Dr. Saber appreciates beauty from a woman’s perspective, delighting patients of all genders. Her approachable style combined with finely honed skill allows her to both build close connections with her patients while fostering outcomes that help patients to look as healthy and youthful as they feel.

Irina Mkchyan is a highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse who has been providing an outstanding care at medical institutions in the Greater Los Angeles area since 2015. Her background includes positions as Director of Nursing and Lead RN at some of Southern California’s leading medical facilities. As a lifelong student, Irina is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing degree at the prestigious UCLA to become a Nurse Practitioner. Irina is a proud mother of a 20 year old bright and beautiful daughter who also attends UCLA and is pursuing a double major in Political Science and English.

Irina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian, she also holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia. Further, she is active in the Southern California nursing community, including her role as an office holder in the Armenian American Nurses Association.
